Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Foundex Fencing website at foundex.solutions.
About this website
This website is operated by Foundex Fencing. It exists to describe our cedar fencing work and to let you request an estimate. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Estimates are not contracts
Submitting the free estimate form is a request for information. It does not create a contract, does not book any work, and does not commit either side to anything. Any figure we give you before the property has been measured is an estimate, not a fixed price. Final pricing and scope are agreed separately in writing once the project is defined.
Accuracy of content
We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can, but it is provided for general information. Photographs show the style of cedar fencing we install; materials, layout and finish vary from property to property. Nothing on this site should be treated as a guarantee of a specific outcome on your property.
Your submissions
When you send us information through this site, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to give us the property details you provide. Please do not submit anything unlawful or anything that is not yours to share.
Intellectual property
The Foundex name, logo, site text and project photography on this site belong to Foundex Fencing and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove content at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Foundex Fencing is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website. This does not limit any rights you have under an agreed contract for work, or any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
