Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Foundex Fencing does with the information you send us through this website.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you submit the free estimate form, that is your name, phone number, email address, property address, city or ZIP code, an optional approximate fence length, your project description and your preferred contact method.
Our web server also records standard technical information with each submission — the IP address the request came from and the browser identification string. This is used to limit automated spam.
How we use it
- To prepare and discuss a cedar fence estimate for you.
- To contact you about that estimate, by the method you selected.
- To arrange a measurement visit, where one is needed.
- To keep a record of enquiries we have received.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising.
Who can see it
Estimate submissions are delivered to the Foundex Fencing business email and stored on the website’s hosting account. Our hosting provider necessarily processes this data in order to operate the site and deliver our mail. We do not share it with anyone else except where we are required to by law.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not load third-party tracking scripts.
Retention
We keep estimate enquiries for as long as they are useful for the project they relate to and for our own business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Write to info@foundex.solutions and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you and we will.
